Sculptures moulded in resin, by Agnes Thurnauer. (b1967-  Paris) An extensible series of works, consisting of individual sculptures based on the moulds used to create sets of alphabetical  letters in three dimensional form. These are a few of many more she has sculpted and can be arranged in various ways as in children's building blocks. They are part of the 'Sculpture in the Close' exhibition in Jesus college and they look really nice close up. Shame about the churned up lawn, hope the gardeners will put it right. I started out in fine weather but then came a downpour with thunder and lightning, which I don't like. The extra is where I sheltered in the cloister of the original part of St Radegund's Priory, 1159. It became quite dark and spooky ! Through the doorway you can see The Bronze Horse sculpture by Barry Flanagan, a permanent exhibit which I blipped a few years ago.
