I spotted this Chevrolet Special Deluxe in Loimaa, a small country town in SW Finland. It's a 1941 model and despite the patina, it's been thoroughly revamped, sporting disc brakes and a modern engine. I'm sad I missed the owner. What I learned was told by local guys at the cafe.
