Grand designs revisited part 1

Was very privileged tonight to get a tour of the building and remodelling work that has taken place since the last governors meeting. The new school is going up so quickly and it is much easier to visualise than when I last saw the site in June. Good job we were advised to wear appropriate footwear for the tour - it was a bit wet and muddy!

Also very exciting was seeing what had been done to one of the blocks that was being revamped. I know that parents were worried about how the new building would fit in with some of the old buildings that we had to keep. Have to say when you are in the classrooms you would not recognise them. Wow what a difference.
