Lucky White Heather?

Some people think white heather is lucky, but it did not prove so for me today!  I was doing some garden maintenance on our water feature (see Extras) and felt my hip "ping" .  No idea what I did, but it is now extremely sore and pain killers may have to be consumed.

TJ managed to avoid the showers and get one of the big hedges cut (see Extras).  A lot of hard work, involving a platform ladder and it isn't even our hedge!  However, the neighbours have not bothered to cut even their side for the last few years and eventually TJ has to do the work, as he can't stand the untidiness of it:-)
