Too much choice!

Edinburgh Festival is great - but the Fringe is just so huge.  On this day we went to a great children's show (Brave Macbeth) but on the official Fringe events listing there were 17 pages of other children's shows being performed that day elsewhere in Edinburgh.  How to choose?
