Scraps

I'm eating my way through the scraps at the bottom of the fridge (before I go away for 3 days), which can make life interesting.

This morning's breakfast was white peaches with Milano salami... not your average Scottish breakfast, but wonderful.

The smoothie contained a banana, half a peach, some celery, ginger and turmeric (root, not powder) plus coconut water. Also wonderful. 

That set me up nicely for a 2 hour cycle along the coast to West Wemyss and back. It was a beautiful morning. I stopped to sit and enjoy it just south of West Wemyss (see extra).

To be honest, I could have sat there all day if I didn't have to get home to prepare for tomorrow's wee adventure.
