Wanderings & Witterings

Back blip

On Friday 21st July a friend and I walked a short part of the Fife Coastal Path. In truth it was more of a catch-up, but walking is as a good a way as any!

We met in Edinburgh and took the train out to Kirkcaldy. After lunch in the Galleries and Museum we walked to Dysart and enjoyed a coffee there before retracing our steps along the Coastal Path to Kirkcaldy. This beehive-shaped doocot (dovecote) is one of the features of that stretch of the path.

Back to Edinburgh by train where we met up with my friend's husband, who had cooked dinner while we were out walking. Can't be bad!
