Love Locks

..rather a lot of them.  I went to take some photos of the three bridges and then remembered these locks, so I walked along the road bridge until I found them.  No idea why they are here, but they are only allowed in a small section of the bridge.  
Might well be my entry for this week's challenge 'LOCKS'.
