Looks like the Doctor has decided to pay Swindon a visit?! Drove past this on my way to a meeting this morning - it might not be Van Gogh but it made me smile:).  I understand it was created by professional artist Ken White to commemorate 175 years of the Great Western Railway in Swindon.
