Summers end

This sad looking hibiscus(?) flower, weighed down by the rain, seems to signify the end of summer.

The hibiscus was very late coming into leaf and flower this year, and now the flowers are fading ... dashed out between showers to try and get a blip, and also some fresh air..

got to blip and run, but will be back later to comment ....

just noticed that the stamen looks a bit like cauliflower
