Abundance

The Bellingham Farmers' Market was replete with every possible local vegetable in abundance today, and flowers as well (see extra) -- and sunshine!

I was there only briefly, as we've been enmeshed in preparations for heading to the Seattle area on Sunday morning to have brunch with some of Phil's kith and kin, and later that day, crossing Lake Washington for the wedding of a dear friend's daughter.

Not wanting to drive home after all the festivities, we're staying at the wedding hotel and coming home by Monday lunchtime. But we're leaving again soon, early on Thursday morning, this time for nearly two weeks. We'll be about as far east as you can get from Bellingham, but won't be crossing any major bodies of water.

There will be a plethora of singing Welsh hymns--in Welsh/yn Cymraeg, in four-part harmony--and new beers to try, and later, the Atlantic Ocean to gaze upon, and then a much-anticipated blipmeet!

This will be the first major trip with my iPad Mini4 and accompanying Keys-to-Go keyboard, and I'm looking forward to their reduced size and weight--and to being a more consistent participant and commenter here.
