Kick-off

Falkirk v Queen of the South in the SPFL Championship on Saturday.
Little did I (or anyone else for that matter) know that the match would end in a complete drubbing for the Bairns.

Falkirk, the home side in blue, kicked-off (pictured) but were a goal down within the first two minutes. It was 0-2 at half-time but could, maybe should, have been more. Any thoughts that the Bairns would improve and mount a comeback were dashed within a minute of the restart when Queen of the South scored a fabulous goal to make it 0-3. The final score was Falkirk 1-4 Queen of the South, leaving this particular Blipper rather unamused.

Seems that after I took this photo it was all downhill for the Bairns.
Oh well, there's always next week.
