University of Bristol Botanic Gardens

This is the entrance to the Chinese garden , which contains lots of traditional medicinal harbs. The botanic gardens are well worth a visit if you're interested in plants, and there are colourful borders and greenhouses. A nice place for a stroll and a cup of tea. They also have a good section on the rare wild plants of the Avon Gorge and nearby areas, but as most of these flower in spring there isn't so much to see just now.
