Having been asboed from the nearby Roberts Park, for daring to defecate in a recreational area, the Canadians continue to flout all the rules.

For the last Sunday of their summer holidays, 13yo, 9yo and myself did the river/canal lap up to Dowley Gap and back. We had a couple of kingfishers and a grey heron to keep us company. And doughnuts from the barge cafe when we got back.
