5 k Glen Abbey Run results

We picked up our mail and found these engraved pieces that fit in to our medals from our July run. The package came all the way from Reading, UK and they are brilliant. There is a glue on the back of the engraved piece and it slots right on the medal to look like a personally engraved medal. We were pleased with our times and enjoyed the run with 500 others. Today i rode my bike to the yoga studio and taught my weekly Pilates class, then rode home. The rest of the day was spent reading (finishing hazelh's Carol Shields book) and baking muffins filling the freezer for back to work. The rest of the time was spent trying to get healthy again...i think it is finally working!
