Foraging further

It's been wet and miserable for most of the day, but around 3.30 the sun came out so I set of with my bucket to gather more brambles, or blackberries as some of you will know them!

I've already processed the 3lbs I collected on Saturday - my Blip shows some of the bottles of syrup which are the result, and the bucket containing another 5lbs. I'm not sure whether to make more syrup, good though it is on ice cream (me) or yogurt (Mrs M), make wine, or put them in the freezer to await Mrs M's return to make bramble jelly. There'll be plenty more anyway - it's a very good year.
