Back to the Future

Back home now and back blipping the last day of holiday.

The local economy in this part of Turkey is of course predominantly tourism in the season but many of the locals continue to live their lives the same way all year round. They live by skills that haven't changed in a century, predominantely they are boat builders, bee keepers as seen by the bee boxes with pine honey their speciality and of course working the land, keeping goats and olive groves. The last extra is in fact the last photo I took, a boat yard passed outside of Bozburun on the way to the airport - what a view.
