Winter view

Though it's not yet winter, although we did light the fire last night, this morning we can see as far as we can during the winter months when there's no haze, even though it's very grey today. I had a look through the binoculars at the Pyrenees - the eastern end of which you can see centre horizon - because I thought they'd got snow on them... but it was only sunshine!

My camera really doesn't do the view justice, but sometimes it's as if we've got the whole world spread out all around us.
