Painted Lady to the Rescue

Today was definitely Labor Day for me as far as photography was concerned. I was trying to get a "moving water" picture for another group I am in. I had a certain thing in mind and it just did not come together.

Late afternoon in the lantana is very busy, so I stepped out and a painted lady butterfly came to my rescue. 

I am grateful that my blip is done and now I will labor over dinner. Grilled pork chops, roasted cauliflower and a salad are on the menu. Have to go fire up the BBQ!
