The Smile

Though today was a holiday of sorts it didn't really color our world. We spent the morning going in various directions before catching up for a late lunch date.

Afterwards I ducked into the studio to finish a song I've been working on the past few days while my wife took to visiting her family.

Though she was only gone for a few hours, she returned wearing a glad to be home smile. Come to think of it, I was probably wearing my glad to see you home smile.
