Canadian adventure

Walked to crowfoot again today to get the bread and a bit of shopping and the obligatory coffe. 12,800 steps
Met the eldest boy to pick up his trousers for the wedding as he needs buttons sewing on
Home to walk the dog and dinner.
These are rose hips which are all over the off leash park. I assume they are miniature dog roses and tbey grow no more than 4 inches tall and are all over the place. Took another shot of downtown from the dog walk but it is still smokey but better than a couple of days ago. The fires are worse now and more parks have been closed to the public for walking and camping. A new fire today started by a camp fire. If the perpetrator Oswald found tbey will face 10s of thousands of dollars in fines and maybe a prison sentence as well as there is a fire ban in most of Alberta and British Columbia now.
We cannot have the bonfire at the wedding because of it but they sell propane fire pits here and we have purchased two. They are safe to use
