Not so Bumper Crop

Everyone on Blip has been saying what a good year it's been for their plums etc, but sadly not for our one Victoria plum tree:-(  This was the sum total of the fruit and it made all of 1 lb and a little bit of jam!  They didn't even taste very nice, so I had to add some cinnamon to make it worth eating.

There's a lot more fruit on the apple tree, but I already have a freezer full of stewed apples from last year so a lot is going to be composted.  It's either a feast or a famine:-)
