Shopping As It Used To Be

A quick trip into Dundee today to return some items bought online (why do I always think it's easier to shop this way? Such a pain when you have to return things!)  

Spotted this sign on a wall in the main street and blipped it before it fades away completely.  Does anyone know what a "Fancy Department" was?  

Dreadful weather all day and it hasn't stopped raining.  Not looking good for Skye next week:-(
