Shades of Grey

Grey and greyer here with showery rain thrown in, but at least we are not in the path of Irma and her revenge on warm, sunny beautiful places.
The world wide weather this year is trying to tell us something in the only way it knows how - extreme behaviour -like a child having a melt down.

I can't begin to think how frightening it must be to huddle inside a fairly flimsy house and listen to wind and rain tearing it down as if it stood in the way of an express train travelling at full throttle.

No guesses as to where I spent time this morning, so no prizes either.
In relation to the sufferering of thousands in the Caribbean at this moment, mine in the land of testosterone and bulging quads doesn't even begin to register, even though it was real enough to me at the time.

It is his Lordship's turn this afternoon to visit the gym as I try to recreate Söderberg's delicious pepper and onion couscous salad with cashew nuts, as in the extra images.
