Yew.....

Took advantage of the lack of rain and a fairly sunny day to drive out to Craigmillar Castle for a blipfest.

Had a great time exploring the nooks and crannies of the Castle and clicking away with the camera. The only downside has been trying to decide which of the 166 photos would be used as my blip. Damn my trigger happy finger!

I loved the yew trees at the entrance to the castle, just inside the door - so that's yer blip.

Craigmillar Castle is famous for playing an important part in the story of Mary Queen of Scots who fled there following the murder of Rizzio. It was in the castle where the plot was hatched to murder Marys husband, Lord Darnley.
