Plum Tree Flora

A little cluster of plum blossom growing directly out of the lichen encrusted lower trunk of the big plum tree. The plum is a purple king, and the main lichen is Punctelia.

Today has been cold and wet. This time the wind is from the south- just as cold as the nor’wester has been, but not as gusty.
