What a bloody kerfuffle - I've treated myself to a new jigsaw, so I was proceeding with utmost caution. Bugger me if half way down the first full cut if the blade didn't start cutting off the line. Irretrievably. Eventually I found that only one type of blade wouldn't stay true in the guide. Gawd knows why. Once I'd sorted that, what joy it was to get the job done. And done rather well, I do declare. I even did some weeding and lifted more tatties.
