cycling to work

It's Cycle to Work Day and well, since I do it anyway I figured I do a minor scenic detour. Busy at work helping various people with their programming issues. Brief lunch time walk to do some more experimenting with the LX15. I learned that the geotagging is not worth it. I am much quicker using my usual workflow of recording a GPX track and merging the positions using darktable. I also figured out that RAW images coming out of the LX15 are seriously distorted (perhaps not surprisingly). Unfortunately, darktable doesn't have the parameters to fix the distortion. I think I might have to use jpegs until this is sorted. Ah well.
