Fairly routine day, with lunch at The Exchange followed by a look around Perrywood's, which is in the process of being transformed for Christmas. Their displays get better and better every year, and it will be packed when all is finally revealed. Mum got a "purse on a strap" to wear under her coat when she goes out on the mobility scooter, which should be more secure than putting her handbag in the basket at the front. No news yet on delivery :-(

When we got home, the tree chaps had finished felling and removing the remainder of the willow trunk. We can rest easy in our beds on windy nights now.
