Seamount Enterprise

First time I have been down at the Wynyard Quarter for quite some time. A rather overcast and grey morning. At North Wharf this member of the Auckland fishing fleet was tied up. The nets can be seen at the stern of the boat, especially in large.

Stayed in the city last night, did some things we have been putting off, and then this afternoon came north to the beach house with two rambunctious lads. School holidays have started, and they will spend a few days here, while their mother goes to a conference at the beginning of the week.

On the drive north, I started them into a story telling round. In turn, we each contributed one word, or a few, or even a sentence, and then passed it on. Even nearly 5 year old Young L took a full part, and the remainder of the trip passed quickly and with laughter. I was so impressed with their imaginations.
