Autumn Is In The Air

This was a last snap of the morning, after spending time with bees in the purple sage, a Cassius Blue butterfly on the buddleia (see extra), pomegranates and limes ripening on the trees, Canada Geese flying overhead and a single cormorant sitting on a rock. There is something about this image that gives me the feeling that autumn is just around the corner.

I am grateful to live in a community that affords such a variety of things to photograph within walking distance of the house.
