Altea Again

As I loved Altea Old Town and Mrs BB or our friends hadn't been, we drove half an hour from our villa to Altea. It's everything Benidorm, a short drive away, isn't!

We enjoyed refreshments on the seafront and then walked up the steps to Altea Old Town where I took the photo in monochrome of the lovely street, so typical of Spain. The strong midday shadows casting lovely reflections off the grille and street lamps. I enjoyed my memory of The Old Town before and today was as I remembered it.

We got back to our villa late afternoon to relax around the pool. We're eating in the local pizzeria this evening - cutting back to one course!
