WALK TO THE EDDESEN KLUS

A bright and warm morning. I was busy in the garden.
After lunch, the weather had changed a bit, we decided to drive to Dalhausen, and walk from there to the Eddesen Kluss.
It poured on our way to the village, but knew that when we would arrive there, the sun should shine again. And that turned out to be the case.
Our path went uphill along a little brook. Green pastures at one side of it.
The Kluss is a hermit's dwelling, a little white church, beautifully restored now12 little Stations of the Cross around the church, and a little house for the hermit
. But at the moment we learned from a cyclist it was deserted, the nun who had lived there, he said, had left for France, and the church was closed.
The horses we saw in a field on our way to the Kluss.
We choose a path through the forest for our return walk.

I will give silly hearts later this evening to bugsman, NatureWatcher, BVFL33, 60 plus and PhotoPete.
