A new view

On our way to Oban this morning , with a little time in hand, Marie  Claire and I stopped for a coffee at the new Ben Cruachan Inn, which was opened earlier this year and replaced - at what looks like considerable expense -  the old  Tight Line  pub in Loch Awe Village.

The weather was wonderful and we sat out on the balcony , looking onto the loch.  The new view was worth a blip , and presents yet another glimpse of the amazing, beautiful variety of Argyll from an innovative hospitality venue which is well worth a visit.   

Others clearly think so too, because when we drove past  later in the day going home the car park was almost full.
