Marmalade

One of my favourite magazines is Country Living and this month's issue contains several gorgeous-sounding recipes for marmalade. I've never attempted to make my own before, though I've always wanted to try, and as we are trying to live as frugally as possible at the moment it seemed like an excellent use of a couple of hours this evening while Ben spent time with little Joshy. Chopping up little bits of orange peel whilst listening to Classic FM has been extremely relaxing.
