A Bag For Every Occasion

We haven't actually banned the plastic carrier bag here in Wales. Instead the Government has imposed a five pence levy on each one. The act of taking all those free carrier bags from supermarkets for granted, has totally been transformed. The humble shopping bag has made, somewhat of a comeback.
