Spider!!

I was brave to take this shot of a stripy spider making a web on the fence near the station in Metheringham. I don't like clicking on links and being confronted with big, evil spiders, so I gave you the warning so you could skip it if you wanted!

My Dad extended the chicken run again today - they have almost all the back lawn now and will soon have the orchard too. He's been on one Vitamin D tablet a week for a few weeks, and in the few days after taking it he has loads more energy and gets loads done. The course has finished now and he has to go for a blood test next week. Hopefully the Doc will keep him on the "Sunshine Pills", as he calls them!
