Keeping An Eye Out

This blue heron standing at the edge of the marsh appeared quite alert and vigilant. However, I don't think it was me he was interested in, a fresh fish lunch would be more likely.

I still wouldn't want one of these birds mad at me as I'd not wish to be on the receiving end of that sharp, strong bill.
