Journey to the Edge of the World

...is the title of my current library book, by Billy Connolly, it is the tie-in book to the TV series of the same name from a few years ago. In it he travelled from Nova Scotia to Vancouver via the fabled North-West Passage, and recounts the people and places he encounters, as well as his musings on Scottishness, being a world citizen, history, life, the universe and everything. It is exactly what a TV tie-in book should be - interesting, funny, beautiful, and with tons of pictures. It's yet another library book I'm enjoying so much I'm going to have to buy it because I just want to keep it.
