Another good day.
First we went for a short drive to buy a photo canvas from the gallery then a short cycle to the Heritage Centre. It wasn't open yet so we went for a walk along the river and up the hill, with yet more great views across Applecross Bay and over the sea (and the valet we'd run up), and a picnic in the sun.
The centre was open on return and well worth the £2 entry for interesting info about the area. A cuppa called so we called in at the Walled Garden again and then Mr Rat went for a run whilst I walked in the ancient Atlantic Rainforest.
After tea we had another walk to enjoy the light - and I remembered the camera this time!
I decided to make a collage of some of the wildlife and details of today's walks as a change from landscapes.
