Mum remembered

After a gentle 9 holes with the Senior Ladies this morning I got into the garden to do some tidying up, including the marigolds which came from Mum and Dad's. The flowers have been so cheerful and uncomplaining all summer and remind me so much of Mum who refused to weed them out of the drive where they had self seeded! So, more seedheads collected for next year. I also planted some daffs taken from their place which remind me of the masses I put in for them in that garden! Lovely to be thinking of her while working.
