Lighthouse at the end of the world

Today we cycled to the shops today, starting going south of La Rochelle  The blip is a modern replica of a real lighthouse in San Juan del Salvamento that inspired the Jules Verne novel "The Lighthouse at the end of the world".

On returning from our successful shopping trip we went to visit "The Bunker" in central La Rochelle and then finally the boat museum - where the extra pictures are from.

A bit cool and flat today, but that's okay if you are cycling hard or indoors! Tomorrow will be our last full day here, and we're hoping for a bit more sun and if it is nice we'll go for a longer bike ride.
