Day 30 of the September food challenge - Cocktail

Drink - me - is there a choice other than TEA!

There are a number of people who claim to have invented the Long Island Iced Tea - a cocktail of Vodka, Tequila, White rum, Triple sec, Gin, Lemon juice, Gomme Syrup and a splash of Coke. It was named as it looked like Iced Tea.

There are quite a number of variants, with one or more of the constituents being substituted, sometimes even the coke gets substituted for tea!

My variation is a slight twist on the theme, for it is Iced Tea, made in Luton and which looks like a Long Island Iced Tea. Driving tonight so no alcohol!

Last day of the food challenge for September today, as I write this no-one has posted a daily challenge for October yet, I have one in mind if no-one comes up with something else - I will post it later this evening in the absence of anything else.
