Fruit

My fruit bowl was mainly yellow today, including some russets after reading Ceridwen's post, and then I bought a beef tomato... the cherry on the cake!

This morning I got changed at work and went to a Pilates class, taught by my Yoga teacher, since I'd missed last Tuesday's and wanted to get something in this week.  Very interesting, with some impossible (at the moment) balances involving a foam roller, but on balance :-) I prefer the yoga class.

Edit: Let me begin again. Cherry on the cake? I'd like one.
