Carsington Walk

It turned out to be quite a fast walk covering 7.68 miles in 2 hrs 20 mins, and although going round Carsington Reservoir isn't hilly, I made the most of what there was and chose the paths that gave the most ascent, 634 feet. The photo was taken on one of the 'high roads' a lovely track through the woods above the reservoir, but I didn't bother to play a tune on those sticks!

In about an hour I'll be joining a few Skyline members at the climbing wall, so let's see how my legs cope.
