OSPREY

I toodled down to the North Mole on my bike this morning and always with a camera close by and spotted this osprey.  Of course I had the wrong lens (the other one is broken - don't ask) - this is taken from a distance with my 50mm lens ('nifty fifty').  Earlier in the year I spotted two ospreys in the same area and it was the one time I left the camera and phone at home.  Silly girl!!  Never again.
This chap is looking a little worse for wear.  Perhaps he has been battered around by the strong winds of late.  
The extra gives you an idea of where he was.
