Fiesta comunitaria.

This morning was held the AGM of the residents' association, not quite as long and tedious as it can be. The highlights were - a 9000€ water bill for the community (usually around 2000€) which apparently was the result of an underground leak which churned out water for months without anyone knowing. Also a new resident, Dave (see extra), who bears a strong resemblance to Catweazle, suggested that as most owners are getting on in years it would be a good idea to have a defibrillator on hand in case of emergency.
In the afternoon the customary party at the Marina bar was hosted by the new president ( having a president and annual meetings are a legal requirement for all communities here ), and much alcohol was imbibed. The main picture is of the president, Bob, giving Pete a shoulder massage to give him the will to go on for another few bottles. Seeing Dave (extra) chatting up all the old biddies around the table, I'm wondering if he and his Mrs are closet swingers and have previously found use for a defibrillator....
