Backblip due to being at a black tie awards ceremony, celebrating the unsung heroes of grassroots football in Scotland. A great night, enjoyable and inspirational in equal measure. As someone starting out in grassroots coaching, clear that I have a lot to live up to, but importantly, a lot of support out their for volunteers.

Colleague came up from Birmingham for the event and we went to pick up his dinner jacket hire from Slaters. Tried to convince him to join me in wearing a kilt but he was having none of it. This was the first one that greeted us on arrival so can sort of see why he might not have been too keen. Discreet eh! :-)
