Red Jewels

Struggled to get off last night, I swear it was because we had set the alarm, as we were due to have our boiler serviced between 9-12 this morning. I was still awake at 2.15, then woke at 4.20 and again at 6.30......the bin men woke me at 7.15 and then the alarm went off :-( Typical isnt it always the way when you have a full day planned!

Sis came over for lunch, we met at Bents Garden Centre, just a bowl of soup with ceusty bread. Then we had a good mooch around, they are still mid christmas displays, so not lookings its absolute best yet, probably another week or so, but plenty to keep us occupied! Got a couple more little pressies.....! and finally found some decent ordinary pickled onions for hub! Its amazing how many stores only sell silverskins these days :-/

Weather been much the same today, chucked it down a couple of times, once on the drive home, it was only 10 degrees!!

Now back home, another quick autumnal blip. Imdid take a photo of one of the dinorsaurs outside at Bents, but it was rubbish, so you have some hawthorn instead ;-)

We are out for a meal pre quizzing tonight, back to six strong, so watch this space ;-))
