Glasgow

An easy train ride and we're in Glasgow for the day, Our Iceland Air flight leaves from here tomorrow. So how to see a lot in a short time?The hop on, hop off bus! We hopped off at the University of Glasgow (1) to to see the Macintosh house ( recreated ) at the Hunterian gallery, walked thru the Park, and spent time at the Kelvingrove museum,(2) got to sit outside(!) on the top of the bus to see oh so much architecture! (4) including walking in to the fabulous interior of the government house (3) And then met one more blipper, FionaGo and her husband at a very good restaurant in what was the old merchant town. (6) So fun. Another someone you feel you know already ( but I didn't know she was so kindred tall!) As we walked back she pointed out more places where Outlander had been filmed here! (5) who would know it's not London?
